Day rate: £420 (7 hours)
Hourly rate: £60 (billed in 15-minute increments)
All prices exclude VAT.
You provide content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. You own or have permission to use everything you give us. You make decisions and approve work so we can keep things moving.
Fixed-price projects: 50% deposit to start, balance on delivery.
Large projects (over £5,000): Structured milestones with minimum 30% deposit.
Hourly work: Monthly invoices, due within 14 days. Billable time includes development, testing, communication, meetings, and setup.
Estimates for hourly work are not fixed prices. We'll pause work if invoices aren't paid on time.
You get full ownership of everything we build once you've paid in full. Until then, we retain the rights. We can showcase your project in our portfolio unless you say otherwise.
We don't guarantee availability for ad-hoc work unless agreed in writing or through a retainer. For urgent projects, let's discuss timelines upfront.
You get 1 month of complimentary bug fixes for issues caused by our code. This doesn't cover scope changes, third-party issues, or modifications you make. After that, standard hourly rates apply.
We build with modern tech and test on current browsers. We're not responsible for future browser updates breaking things. Changes to the original scope get quoted separately. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
